Thank you for confirming your repair. Before you post your device to us for repair, please make sure you complete the following steps.
- Back up your phone - The repair of your device may result in the loss of any user-generated data, please ensure that you have made a backup before sending your device to us
- Please remove the sim card and any SD cards installed in the device
- Do not send any chargers or cables
- Please include your return postage details and a contact phone number with your device before packing it to send
- Please pack your device in bubble wrap or foam to ensure it is safe during the postage process.
- We suggest you use registered post or request a signature on delivery when you post your device

- Please note - We will not be responsible for any damage or lost devices incurred during shipping to us
- We will contact you once your device has been repaired to arrange payment and collection / return post
